Beijing Power Equipment Group (BPEG) is one of the largest electric equipment manufacturers in P.R. China, which was founded in 1952. It is a subsidiary of North China Power Grid Co. Power Electric Division, a subsidiary of BPEG, is an internal production management entity including production, and sale. The products include reactors, line trap, line tuner, transformer, arc-suppression coil and earthing transformer and so on. And BPEG reactors, line trap, arc-suppression coil and earthing transformer maintain the record of similar prodcuts with the maximum capacity and highest voltage in China.
Our high-side power grid products has reached the international quality level, and has strong integrated competitive competence in the same products domestically and abroad, which make our products the leader in the area domestically, and the market share of the 500KV and above class products of us is up to 75% in China.
Our electric products have exported to more than 20 developed countries and districts, including Japan, USA and Europe etc. We also supply products for ABB, SIEMENS, AREVA, ALSTOM, MITSUBISHI, RFL, ERGON ENERGY and TransGrid etc. in the global power projects. We have supplied 36 units of shunt reactors with capacity of 40,000kVA/66kV for 750 kV power system; 7 units of shunt reactors with capacity of 80,000kVA for 110kV power system; 9 units of smoothing reactors with specification of 3,125A/75mH, and 18 units of smoothing reactors with specification of 4,497A/75mH for HVDC projects in China.
